Ordering from Havaianas

All orders placed on Havaianas are subject to availability of stock and final order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory shortages, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping

Shipping generally takes between 7-12 business days. Shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders may already be processing and may no longer be cancellable.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
